Vitamin C is one of the most widely used supplements. It contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, skin and blood vessels & also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress & assists the body’s absorption of iron. Natural fruit bioflavonoids are included to aid absorption.

Each tablet provides on average 50mg Citrus Bioflavonoids and 1000mg of Vitamin C which is 1250% of the Reference Intake

Ingredients:
Vitamin C prep (Ascorbic Acid, Maize Starch), Maltodextrin, Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Modified Maize Starch, Anti-caking Agent Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
Take one tablet a day. This tablet should be swallowed whole. NB: Up to three tablets a day may be taken for short term use only. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
